what happens if electron stop revolving around nucleus

no one can live because electron is present everywhere and we cannot have negative terminal

If electron doesn't revolve around nucleus than
the atom will does not exist as it falls inside the nucleus and which is not possible because if atom doesn't exist the world would not exist which is impossible. So electron will revolve around the nucleus without radiating energy in discrete orbits.
