if free consent is missing in a contract the contract will become a voidable contract. A voidable contract is a contract which is valid by law at the option of one party and not valid by another, voidable contract can be valid if the aggrieved party doesn't file suit against the promise, and it will become void when aggrieved party files a suit against the promise.
I hope that this answer will clear you about free consent in contact.
