what happens if Golgi apparatus doesn't work properly

If the ribosomes were not working properly then your cell would not be producing proteins. ... The substances would not be transported to the Golgi Apparatus, especially proteins. It would not be able to to modify these proteins by adding fats or sugars and folding them.

It consists of many flat ,diisc-shaped sacs or cisternae,they are stacked parallel to eachh other.without it the packaging of material and modification of protein will stop.Golgi apparatus is also known as dictyosome in plant cell.
