NOTHING IS GONNA HAPPEN
When an iron nail immersed in the solution of copper sulphate than iron displaces copper from the solution of copper sulphate because iron is more reactive than copper. Therefore copper sulphate solution colour changes from blue to pale green.
BUT IF YOU DIP IRON NAIL IN NORMAL SALT SOLUTION THEN NOTHING GONNA HAPPEN BECAUSE IT WILL NOT REACT WITH ANYTHING BASICALLY TABLE SALT CONTAIN NaCl WHICH DOESN'T REACT WITH COPPER SO NOTHING GOING TO HAPPEN WITH THE IRON NAIL
