Hi Mate,

If it rains heavily then:

1. the poorer are no longer to buy or get food.

2. all shops of an area are close due to heavy rain and water.

3. the office workers have trouble to go to their working place.

4. the farmer's crop are wasted because of heavy rain.

5. people of all area want to face electricity shortage problems.
