I can say by simple......
the egg is calcium carbonate and when we pour nitric acid carbon dioxide and water is formed. .

Egg shell contains CaCO3 chemically called as CALCIUM CARBONATE.




HNO3+CaCO3--->CaNo3 + CO2 + H2O




=>THE PRODUCT IS CALCIUM NITRATE
