What happens if our skin loses its sensory nature?​

Upon losing the sensory nature, no signal (nerve impulse) will be sent to the brain for detecting any sensation. Hence, if our skin loses its sensory nature, we will not be able to feel any kind of sensation, be it cold, heat, pressure or pain.
