The main function of nephron is formation of urine . ... If reabsorption does not takes place - all useful components of primary urine such as glucose,amino acid ,vit-c,potassium,calcium ,sodium ,chlorides and 75% of water are not absorbed and useful substance excreted and the person suffer with many health problem
