If a red laser is incident, it would just take a specific path through the prism, be refracted at each surface, and emerge at a specific angle with respect to the second surface. On the other hand, if a beam of light which had passed through a red filter to become a red beam were incident, there would likely be a range of wavelengths associated with that beam, so the emerging light would be slightly dispersed into a “mini=spectrum” from dark red to reddish orange or orange or even yellowish orange or something, depending on the range of wavelengths that made it through the filter.
