 High salt will increase the pressure that in turn will stress the heart.
 High sugar causes diabetes in human body.
 Even the kidneys are affected drastically and it has to put more load on itself to drain out the unnecessary excreta from the body.

The result of high level of salt and sugar is not good for the body. High level of salt in the blood and urine will increase the blood pressure and as a result, will lead to stress. High sugar level in the blood will incease the insulin level and will lead to diabetes. In this process, even kidneys are affected. The kidneys will have to put more load to filter those unwanted materials to be excreated out of the body.
