What happens if test match pitch is unfit?

• The match gets abandoned if the pitch for the test match is unfit.  
• It is expected that some assistance to the spin bowler is expected from the pitch as the day progresses in a test match.  
• But if the pitch shows uneven bounce and pace from the beginning of a match, it can injure any cricket players.
• In that case the play cannot be continued for the sake of player’s physical health and hence the pitch declared unfit.
