if ciliary muscles gets damaged
then you will become blind ..

Ciliary muscle: A circular muscle that relaxes or tightens the zonules to enable the lens to change shape for focusing. The zonules are fibers that hold the lens suspended in position and enable it to change shape during accommodation.

If the ciliary muscles of the eye are damaged the person will have a blurred vision without proper focussing.

The ciliary muscles of the eye are majorly important for the changing of the shape of an eye lens to focus the object and enable vision.

It contracts and relaxes in order to "change the focal length" of the lens and enables short distance vision and long distance vision. If the damage persists the person may lose the entire vision.
