Answer:

No changes should be made that endanger the Sprint Goal. No changes can be pushed on the Development Team (Sprint Backlog) and the Product Owner (Product Backlog). The purpose of a Sprint is to have a working increment of product done before the Sprint Review.

The Sprint ends with the done items. the sprint length holds and the development team continuously learns what is actually possible to do within a sprint of this length

Explanation:

  • Nothing happens if the development team cannot complete its work at the end of a sprint. The development team will delivesr only those that are 100 per cent done. The development will inform the product owner so that he/she can revise the items' order and work with development team to adjust/review the work (work  hers is the tasks and not items)
  • If, among other things, all items of the Sprint are not completed, the Sprint will still be marked as completed and the remaining items will be moved to the Product Backlog from where a corresponding sprint will be scheduled depending on the revised priority. The sprint can not be shortened in the same way.
