The normal audible range is 20Hz-20KHz
We hear these sounds which are normal
If it turns to 0Hz-40KHz
We would hear our phone speaking in paranormal voices, the sonars, the radars, the lasers, and satellites, signals towers make different sounds to which our hearing ceases to.

Hope it helps

If the human audible range changes from 0-40,000 vibrations/sec then the following things may happen :

  • We can hear all infrasonic sounds which are below 20Hz.

  • We can hear the seismic waves which are produced during earth quake.

  • whales, elephants and giraffes communicate using infrasound over long distances we can hear their sounds .

  • We can hear all ultra sound waves[frequency > 20,00Hz]

  • we can hear the sound produced by bats.

  • we can hear dolphins sound .

  • we may predict the possibility of earth quakes like how other animals does it like elephant.

hence i want to conclude that human life may get disturbed with all unwanted sounds and effects his life style and health.
