If the photocell is moved away from the source, the image will get smaller.

The amount of light hitting the cell will decrease as its source retreats from the cell. Gradually the cell’s output will drop from a maximum to a tipping point where the light is so dim it no longer produces the reactions needed.

That is why photocell needs to be used correctly as , if it moves away, I mage will become much smaller.
