What happens if the union parliment and thw state legislatures make a law on the same subject

If in any way states are related to this law or any state has implemented laws on the same subject, then the law by the parliament will be implemented. (c) According to Art. 353 of the Constitution, if in the whole country or in any part of it, emergency is declared

 There are three types of lists in which both levels of government makes laws-

Union list- for the matters in union central govt. makes laws ex - defence

state list- This for state ex- education

concurrent list- Here both can make laws. if there is a fight , law made by union will prevail.
