due to gastric juices , the food gets converted into chime easily but if it's released in excess , it may cause acidity or create gas , it generally happens after the intake of food as these processes are a part of digestion with some or the other side effects.

if walls of stomach produces excess gastric juices,we may suffer from acidity...
usually excess secretion doesn't takes place.
we feel acidity only when we are with empty stomach as the juices as secreted timely....
