what happens if washing soda is recrystallised in aqueous solution

Washing soda is Na2CO3.10H2O.

It's already in its hydrated form , therefore it dissolves in water.

If it is in its crystal state then nothing will happen

but if it is dehydrated and again recrystallised
the soda ash will turn back to washing soda
