Just getting the elements to their liquid states involves heating a few of them to thousands of degrees Celsius. Get close to that with a spoon and you will be horribly burned. You die.
Add to that the fact that many of these elements are going to react explosively with each other, and you get blown up before you burn to death. You die.
Add to that the fact that a few of these elements are going to spontaneously undergo rapid radioactive decay, releasing enormous amounts of energy and vaporizing you and the surrounding room before you get blown up. You die.
Vaporized, blown to the winds, and burned for good measure.
