on heating lead nitrate we get lead oxide(reddish brown) , oxygen and nitrogen dioxide(brown fumes) as it undergoes thermal decomposition reaction .

When we heat lead nitrate, it undergoes decomposition reaction and hence decomposes into lead oxide (yellow in colour), nitrogen dioxide(brown fumes) and oxygen gas.
The reaction is:
2Pb(NO3)2----->2PbO+4NO2+O2
