Since molecules will stop travelling into the atmosphere, there would be no heat to support life and may cause death for all of us.

However, if we were able to stop time, the complete movement from the humans to little organisms to the complete universe would have come to a halt.

Only the metabolism and consciousness of humans would have worked without coming to any standstill.
