This is somewhat called DISPLACEMENT REACTION.
Displacement reaction is a reaction in which more reactive element (metal) displace less reactive metal from its mixture.

- Iron is more reactive metal than Copper.
- So when we put in Fe in Cu, Fe will displace Cu from CuSo4.
- Also color of CuSo4 will be changed and will be turned into red.
- Also color of nail (Fe) will become greenish.
