What happens in case of a deadlock between the two houses of Parliament?

In case of deadlock, the President calls a joint sitting of the two houses of the parliament which is headed by chairman of lok sabha . Then both the houses give their vote. Lok Sabha is at an advantageous position because its strength is more than the strength of the Rajya Sabha.
