Disguised Unemployment means Many people are working still there is no increasing in income and the income remain same is called disguise unemployment.

The surplus labour is called Disguised Unemployment.

In disguised unemployment, the people seem to be working but actually they are not. In this kind of employment extra people take part in the farming procedure.We can take a n example that a farmer has 5 sons.He has a field which requires the only 4 people to work on. So, (as the farmer is also working which means the people involved in activity are 6) the other 2 are disguisly unemployed.
