if the refractive index of air and water becomes same then a light will not bend when passing through these mediums

Sorry. I don't agree with you. If our eyes. Air's. Waters refractive index is same then we cannot see the water. It doesn't depend upon mass density

and u r saying that if however the refractive index of air and water becomes same than what about our eyes
It only depends upon optical density not on mass density
Our eyes refractive index and air RI are same
Hence we cannot see the air
the eyes have the same refractive index every where so here it is considered as constant.
we cant see the air because the molucules in air are microscopic
we can see the water because every light doesnt goes refraction only. some also goes reflection
