digestion in small intestine which can complete digestion of Carbohydrate, protein and fat. The Brunner gland and the crypts of lieberkuhn secret intestinal juice, called succus entericus. It contains following enzyme:-

1) Erepsin or peptidase
2) Maltase
3) sucrase
4) Lactase
5) Lipase

Succus entericus also contains nulease, nucleotidase and nucleotidase enzymes which hydrolyse nucleid acid, nucleotide and nucleosides.
