HEY HERE'S YOUR ANSWER
An object moving in a circle is accelerating. Accelerating objects are objects which are changing their velocity - either thespeed (i.e., magnitude of the velocity vector) or the direction. An object under going uniform circular motion is moving with a constant speed.

In uniform motion ,
Equal distances are covered in equal intervals of time
But velocity keeps on changing as direction changes continously
Therefore acceleration is there which is uniform
Thus the motion is uniformly acclerated
Hope it helps
