• He hid it in a matchbox, which was later used by his brother Larry to light a cigarette. When Larry saw the scorpion he was bewildered. He threw it on the carpet.
• Margo in order to save himself threw a glass of water at it. The shot completely missed the animal and drenched mother instead.
• Before this mother was sitting peacefully, but just as the chaos began she picked up her glasses. However she was drenched with water a moment later.
• Water was cold and mother could not stand cold water hence she lost her breath and sat panting.
