When a glucose enters nephron of kidney it gets absorbed into the proximal convoluted tubule(pct) from where it enters into the circulation throuģh vasa recta. But in conditions of glucosuria(high glucose content in blood plasma)the kidney is not able to absorb(for maintaing homeostatis) and eliminates through urine which is termed glucosuria.
