if it will kept in summer it will spoil and can't be eaten.it taste and ouder will be not good at all.

The idly get sour and spoiled and cannot be eaten, because the Micro-organisms act faster as the temperature and season is suitable for their growth on the dough and hence it becomes unfit for eating.
