what happens to idly dough when it is kept in room temperature at summer day?????

if it will kept in summer it will spoil and can't be eaten.it taste and ouder will be not good at all.

The idly get sour and spoiled and cannot be eaten, because the Micro-organisms act faster as the temperature and season is suitable for their growth on the dough and hence it becomes unfit for eating.
It is a chemical reaction which takes place and hence it is not reversible.
