As we go up in a food chain , the level of energy decreases.
As we know that only an amount of 10% energy is transferred to the next level in a food chain.
The highest energy is present in the green plants. These plants get their energy from sun and they pass 10% of their energy to the next level organisms. Following this, the energy level gets decreased in successive levels. In the highest level in a food chain, the every is the minimum.
