What happens to the area of a rectangle. a. it's length is doubled​

If the length of the rectangle will be doubled then:-

The area will increase by 2 times.

For example:-

Let length be 2

Let breadth be 4

Then are will be 2×4 = 8

When length is doubled then

Area will be :-

(2×2)×4 = 16

Therefore we can see that the area is doubled here.
