Multiply both sides by 2

(2L) * B = 2A. AREA will become twice the original

This can also be written as

L *(2B) = 2A. THIS is the answer of second part

NOW, Length and breadth, both are doubled

(2L) * (2B) = 4A. AREA will become 4 times the original
