they won't work properly and they will be digested by the destructive chemicals called lysosomes and new cell froms and all together froms tissue...

Many cells of the injured tissue gets damaged and some cells of the injured tissue undergoes division to form new cells.Thus , cells lost in the injury are restored back.Sometimes cells may be die.

so, new cells are formed by cell division which helps to repair and heal the injured tissue.
