AS THE TEMPERATURE INCREASES, THE ATOMS IN THE MATERIAL ( BOTH METAL AND SEMICONDUCTOR) VIBRATE MORE AND MORE AND SCATTER THE FREE CARRIER MORE AND MORE DECREASE THE MOBILITY.
