we put the dry raisins in the plain water then why the process of osmosis they gain water and it becomes in hypotonic solution because they swell up because of the concentration of water in them

HIYA!!!!
HERE IS YOUR ANSWER
If we put dry raisins in water for a little bit of time ('bout 3-4 hours) then we will observe that after a while the raisins will swell. This will happen because the concentration of water inside the cells of the raisins is lower than that of the water outside so the process of endosmosis would take place and the water from outside would go inside the cell and cause the cells to swell.
