energy decreases beacause during bond formation heat is evolved and its stability increases

initially the energy of the atoms increase so that kinetic energy increases and solution becomes maximum and if the collision will be maximum then newborns will be formed on a large extent but during the formation of a bond energy between the atoms decreases to that extent according to the stability of the bond which is getting formed
