what happens to the eyes of the person and comes out of the theatre​

When the person is in the theatre his rod cells are working since they r possessed by dim light

But wen he comes out the generation of rod cells to cone cells is bit slower so it takes time for the person to open eyes properly so outside cone cells woerk which are possessed with coloured light
