A . Placenta - First, the zygote becomes a solid ball of cells. Then it becomes a hollow ball of cells called a blastocyst. Inside the uterus, the blastocyst implants in the wall of the uterus, where it develops into an embryo attached to a placenta and surrounded by fluid-filled membranes.

B. Ovary wall - After fertilization occurs, each ovule develops into a seed. Each seed contains a tiny, undeveloped plant called an embryo. The ovary surrounding the ovules develops into a fruit that contains one or more seeds.

Fate of floral parts after fertilization - definition

Ovary becomes fruit and ovules become seeds. Ovary wall becomes becomes pericarp of the fruit. Placenta of the ovules become stalk of the seeds. The outer integument of the ovary becomes the testa and the inner integument becomes the tegmen of the seed coat.
