What happens to the force between two objects, if
(a)the mass of one object is doubled?
(b)the distance between the objects is doubled and tripled?

(a) If mass of one object is doubled,

F1 = G × 2M × m / d^2

F1 = GMm/d^2 × 2

F1 = F×2

(b) Similarly from (a) if distance is doubled, Force becomes 1/4 times the original force.

and if distance is tripled, Force becomes 1/9 times the original force.

(c) If the mass of both the objects is doubled, the force becomes 4 time it's original force.
