Reabsorption takes place mainly in the proximal convoluted tubule of the nephron . Nearly all of the water, glucose, potassium, and amino acids lost during glomerular filtration reenter the blood from the renal tubules.

Answer:
Firstly glucose in PCT is co transported with Sodium ion into PCT wall. Some amino acids are also transported in this way.
Once in the tubule wall , the glucose and amino acid diffuse directly into the blood capillaries along concentration gradient . This blood is flowing , so the gradient is maintained.
