what happens to the gravitation force of attraction between two object if
a) mass of one of the object halved
b) distance between the two object is doubled

As you know that force of gravitation is g=GMm/D2
So

a) When mass of one object is halved the gravitational force also gets half.

b)When the distance is doubled the gravitational force becomes 1/4 .
