what happens to the gravitational force between two masses kept in the air, if they are kept in water at the same distance

Water exert upwards force called buyont force on body.

Gravitational force becomes less for example take a bucket filled with water and lift it you conclude more weight but if you kept it in water at the same time you conclude that weight is less.
