when pollen grain falls on the stigma of a flower a small bulb like projection grows inside the style and ends at ovule in the ovary known as pollen tube . In this pollen tube in ovule the process of fertilisation takes place and zygote is formed in this process. From this zygote an egg (embryo) is formed.
