the rate of breathing increases during vigorous exercise. this is so because the muscles require large amount of oxygen to do vigorous exercise otherwise they undergo cramps

the rate of breatning increases during vigourous exercises because During exercise, our muscles, lungs, and heart all work together to move our body and make sure we are getting enough oxygen. This results in an increase in our breathing rate.
