what happens to the rate of photosynthesis if the plant is kept. in distilled water

if water is kept in distilled water then the rate of photosynthesis is decreases because still water is a pure water does not contain any minerals are any two substance to the plant so rate of photosynthesis is decreases when water is poured to the plant

there was no change in photosynthesis because there is no only water is essential for photosynthesis it also require sunlight carbon dioxide
