What happens to the resistance of a circuit if the current through it is doubled

Nothing will happen to the resistance as it depend on length of wire and cross sectional area of wire .It also depends on the material with which wire is being made.It doesn't depend on the current flowing through it .So no change in resistance on change of current through it.
