A volatile fluid vaporizes more easily.Ethanol dissolved in water should vaporize more quickly and cause the H2O to require a greater temperature increase in order for H2O's vaporpressure to equal the ambientpressure

Answer:

For example, in a 40% ethanol mixture the vapor pressure of water is only about 80% of that of pure water. Additional water vapor will thus condense onto the drop if the RH in the background gas is higher than 80%.
