All match sticks are made using a silicon. it hot in an huge oven like thing which can hold upto 200kg 1.6 times more than its own weight. And it heated and melted and small sticks are dipped in it and come out as a match sticks. when it gets closer to the burning coal it will start burning by the heat of the burning coal
