What happens when a cold and concentrated solution of sodium chloride reacts with ammonia and carbon dioxide ? Write the chemical equation of the reaction which takes place.

NaCl + H<sub>2</sub>O + CO<sub>2</sub> + NH<sub>3</sub> --------> NH<sub>4</sub>Cl (Ammonium Chloride)+ NaHCO<sub>3</sub>(Sodium Bicarbonate)
This Reaction is \bold{exclusively} used to prepare Sodium Bicarbonate (\underline{Baking Soda}).
Please note that Concentrated NaCl in Water is called \bold{Brine}.
